In order to lose weight fast it is no secret that controlling your carbohydrates is the quickest and most effective way to do so.
When speaking about carbohydrates what I mean is the type of grains that we eat, if you can control the amount you consume and replace these with slow releasing carbohydrates then you will lose body fat.

Below is a list of meals that you can use for you daily diet plan;

Breakfast:

•Wholegrain/brown bread toast with avocado spread & poached egg
•Porridge with / sugar free jam/ sugar free chocolate chips/ Banana slices
•Wholegrain cereal such / Weetabix/Brown flakes
•Scrambled egg white with brown toast
•Pancakes made from oats (replace flour with oats)

Lunch:

•Cauliflower cheese topped with turkey bacon pieces
•Omelette with vegetables (Boiled frozen veg)

Snacks:


•Mixed fruit
•Apple slices with peanut butter dip (warm up the peanut butter in microwave for 30 sec)
•Cottage cheese mixed with sugar free yogurt (any flavour you like)
•Whey protein shake with 1 banana & a tablespoon of peanut butter
